海外工作面試經驗分享2(附上email interview問題)

這個面試邀請經驗其實已經有段時間,最少半年以前,剛好小有空就打出來紀錄分享.


2017春天時候收到一個澳洲海外工作面試邀請~COXMFOXK-WXXK 上班地點在馬來西亞吉隆坡  是跨國線上銷售家用家飾用品公司,正準備進軍台灣,我的職位是網路行銷企劃,不過我覺得事實上來說需要一個成長駭客.

他們流程是先要email interview,他會寄給應試者一個GOOGLE表單做的連結,請妳填入這些問題.

email interview還蠻多的,需要花時間思考,加上我個人英文水平問題,大概花了快10天才把書審弄好,不過他的題目就算是用中文對答,也要花三五天.這部分
查了很多資料,和做功課研究,上一次藍帶集團高餐分部面試做的很多功課沒有留下來,覺得很可惜啊!所以這次覺得無論無何都要留下來,以後有用到時候可以回頭看.

其實對於能上這個工作沒有得失心,當作一個自我探索,和練習.台灣薪水實在太低了,不得不認真規劃中長期出國工作.不過沒有出國念書過,身邊沒什麼外國人的我,英文先天不良,只能後天補足下,如果有海外面試機會,不管怎樣我都會先上再說,因為面對外國人和外語對談,SKYPE線上聊天,和當面1對1聊天,當面1對多,多對多都是我沒有過經驗(倒是國內面試各種類型我都經歷過了,比較不會緊張),所以如果對方願意回應我,或是發邀請,我都會花很多時間準備去應對.

花了很多時間寫問書面審核其實後來結果並不好,前面說了我其實沒有期望會被錄取,也知道自己還有一些能力不足地方,所以如果被大否決也不會覺得難過.

BUT......就是這個但是,我要抱怨問題不是和錄取有沒有關,是一個基本書信禮貌的略不爽~

像是寄完後問任何問題都沒有給回應,是一個問題也不回應,
像是簡單請問有收到我的書面信嗎?到連一個不好意思不合我們條件需求信都懶得寄,所以我覺得感覺很不專業也很不尊重,感覺是HR在湊KPI,需要收到夠多的書審.

不過後來我發現湊KPI人資也很多,所以應試者就看看評估自己,花這個時間和精力準備值不值得.我是因為想要有多一些跨國公司面試經驗,所以覺得就算最後是基本回應都沒有,至少拿到它們email interview 知道產業上一些問題.
